KTM LC4 Hydraulic Clutch O-ring Replacement

First I removed the sprocket and cover.

Yummy!

Inspected the o-ring, piston and cylinder wall

Replaced and stretched the new o-ring around the piston. The new o-ring is a hair smaller in diameter but a hair thicker in thickness.

Cleaned the surface up and reassembled
Bleeding the clutch
Rode it for a while and the clutch was nice and stiff. Then I noticed a little fluid seeping out from the nipple.

So I put some teflon tape on it and it seems to be holding.
